Apple Charlotte is simply fantastic and we couldn’t recommend her more highly. Just two months before our wedding in June 2021, we received the stressful news that our chosen caterer was injured and unable to help us out the day. Fortunately we came across Apple Charlotte, who picked up the reins and from the outset made a tough situation look easy. Charlotte provided the the most delicious meals for both our wedding day and our lunch the following day. 
Where to start! Charlotte’s canapés were all fantastic, with extensive choice and wonderful presentation. She was happy to cater to multiple dietary requirements (including a gluten free bride) and was also willing to travel to London for a tasting, which made our lives much easier. For our main course we opted for melt in the mouth ox cheek, which our guests simply loved, whilst for pudding Charlotte arranged a gluten free buttered citrus wedding cake which completely hit the spot. 
On the Sunday, we had a hog roast complemented by delicious salads as well as incredible gluten free brownies with chocolate sauce. My brother is a brownie ‘connoisseur’, completely obsessive about quality of all things chocolate, and he said they were the best brownies he had ever had! 
They often say brides don’t have time to eat on the day. I have to say, with Apple Charlotte’s delicious catering, this certainly was not the case for me and I ensured I ate every course! 
What’s more, Charlotte’s communication was second to none. We were in the awkward situation where we were awaiting the lifting of government restrictions, with no idea if we were allowed 30 or 130 people at the wedding. We found out with only 10 days to go that we could have 130 people; Charlotte pulled it out the bag with ease and made a stressful situation not only seamless but also highly enjoyable!
