I feel so fortunate that you were recommended to me because I can honestly say you transformed the experience of our event and we had such incredible reactions and feedback from the team about you, your team and your incredible food. To be honest, from the very first call it quickly became clear how much you cared and are passionate about not just the food but providing outstanding service. Your patience with me going back and forth menu decisions and your flexibility on meeting the requirements of our budget got us off to a great start. Over the 3 days I have to say your food exceeded all our expectations, it was delicious.
